work out of the day

So I am slowly but surely attempting to get back onto the work out today i tried Vivafit  if you live in the west new york , northbergen, guttenberg or fairview area you should check out this zumba and dance studio. It is a very fun environment instructors give each person personal attention and their rates are awesome. Here is the link to their info VIVAFIT. Today i did the aeroboxing which was super intense and fun it had a dance feel to it so you were constantly moving. I registered for 6 classes so lets see how well i do with them plus going to the gym and finishing my choreography that i hope to show soon.
