Yummy stuffed peppers

So yesterday i decided that i was going to start my vegan cooking for sure a more interesting variety where i could just try and just explore the worl of  vegan cooking. so this is really easy

get a green or red pepper cut the top off then there shouldbe a big bulk of seeds in themidle cut the edges where the seeds are conected then twist and pull ( you canjust pull it out how ever i just find this a bit less messy) then i put diaya cheese firt only a pinch at the bottom then i took some Lightlife Original ground beef and place that in the peper then i took some already previously cooked brown rice and place that over the ground beef then plave some more daiya cheese ontop . Keep in mind that you can alternate  and put little by little  then pre heat oven atn 350 degrees then  leave in the same temperature for 20 min to half hour and you have a delicious stuffed peper.

I must tell you that i seasoned my ground beef a bit diferently i took 2 table spoons of  tomatoe sauce and 1/2 table spoon  pepper, 1/2 table sppon cumin, 1/2 table spoon sea salt, and 1/3 cup white wine, and 1 or 2 table spoons of olive oil.

 and thats it

Happy eating
Yvonne-Marie
