excersise log

so im starting as of monday to post my excersise routines what ive done and record the weight ive lost
This week I've done swimming and yoga (lots of yoga) and a lot of dancing because i took part in a one week intensive dance program which was awesome but next week i will be on my own doing workouts and not having anyone over me to yell at me and tell me to keep pushing (i need this ) so i will record my progress and i hope you will join me on this battle.
